Chocolate cookie with milk and white chocolate chunks

What goes best with chocolate? Exactly, more chocolate. No, don’t bother with any other answer, I’m trying to make a point here. The Mack is our only cookie to offer two types of chocolate chunk, milk and white, for that perfect balance (not of diet though). Throw in a buttery cookie base that’s made with 100% cocoa powder for that extra chocolatey richness and you’ve got just about the best darn cookie for a chocoholic you could imagine. The Mack, named after my cat, because he’s great, and so is this cookie.

Allergens: Contains MILK, EGG, WHEAT, SOYA. May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts, rye, barley, and gluten. Item prepared in an environment that also handles nut products.

Ingredients: Unsalted butter, egg, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, plain flour, salt, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla essence, dark cocoa powder, milk cooking chocolate, white cooking chocolate.
