I'm Sally, and I'm a professional cookie baker

I’ve been passionate about bringing a smile to people’s faces with baked treats for nearly 30 years. Through a mix of having a massive sweet tooth, working in a bakery when I was a teenager, and always being an avid home baker, I’m insanely excited to open up my own cookie shop and be a part of sharing the joy that only baked goods can provide.

I really care about bringing loved ones together, and I think there is no better way to do that than with a sweet treat. Whether you’re sending them to a friend or relative to mark an occasion or just want to treat yourself, I’m sure a box of my freshly baked cookies will do the trick!

I came up with the recipes for each of the cookies myself (through many rounds of trial and error) and took on some constructive and brutal feedback throughout the process to get my cookies just right! If you want a soft, thick, NYC-type cookie these are not for you, think more chewy, melty, Subway-esque cookie. For the vast majority of my cookies I use hand-cut chocolate chunks, because I find the pockets of chocolate just work so well in providing that decadent, rich, treat sensation. Combine that with fruit, marshmallow, pretzel, biscuit, caramel, or simply more chocolate, and you’re onto a winner.
