Pink vanilla cookie with white chocolate chips

It’s not a party without Party Rings, so why would you even consider not taking along these cookies? Of course, you could just take along normal Party Rings, but where’s the fun in that? These colourful additions to our buttery cookie range are our tribute to the ’90s birthday parties we attended. From echoey village halls to damp garden bouncy castles to brash party rooms at McDonald’s, they were simpler times, thus we made a simple (yet delicious) cookie to match.

We don’t really know how the white chocolate chips go so well with the Party Rings (sorry, mini iced ring biscuits) but they just do. Using chocolate chips instead of chunks means the creamy, chocolatey goodness is more spread throughout the cookie and provides a nice, soft base for the crunch of the biscuit on top.

Send them to an old school friend, or order them for yourself – either way get ready for a sweet nostalgia hit. (Better than that school cake trend that came back in 2022? We think so.)
