If cookies could speak, this one wouldn’t, it’d rap instead. If you’d told me when I quit my job five years ago that one day I would have a business selling cookies named after Eminem… Well, I’d probably believe you, to be honest. This is my take on a rocky road recipe and I have to say, it’s a good’un. The buttery, crunchy shortbread pieces and milk chocolate chunks perfectly compliment the ooey, gooey marshmallows and rich chocolatey base, which has been made with 100% cocoa powder. Perfect for those who generally tend towards more chocolatey cookies and want to try something a little different. No mom’s spaghetti here (but that’s definitely a good thing).
