Cooper’s here! The pairing we’ve all been waiting for (no, not Aziraphale and Crowley in Good Omens Season 2) – lemon and white chocolate! Like the Cookie Creature, we’ve swapped chocolate chunks for chips in this one for the best lemony flavour possible, as well as making the cookie more chewy and moreish. Topped off with a creamy white chocolate drizzle, The Cooper looks as good as it tastes.
We think it’s our prettiest cookie to look at – but don’t tell the others.
