What makes a red velvet cookie so good? After eating them for years, we still don’t know. Is it the fact that it looks decadent and luxurious? Well then, let me shatter the illusion; it’s basically a chocolate cookie with a red jacket on. Red velvet is chocolate for people who don’t really like chocolate. Even so, we still add 100% cocoa powder for that extra richness. Not forgetting our signature hand-cut white chocolate chunks, which just add pockets of melted goodness throughout the cookie. Red velvet cookies are a firm favourite, and we can completely understand why. They’re luxurious in both appearance and taste.
(Traditionally, red velvet includes cream cheese instead of white chocolate, but try sending that in the post! Actually don’t, you’ll end up like the Pink Sauce lady.)
