Black chocolate cookie, with pieces of cookies & cream biscuits, topped with white candy drizzle and half a cookie & cream biscuit.

We called these Neo, because they are “The One”. Not because we understand The Matrix (does anyone really?) We also named them such because we love Keanu Reeves – not quite sure what these cookies tangentially related to a character he once played are meant to achieve, but there you are, I was told to put it in the copy.

The best thing about the Neos is that the cookies & cream flavour is in every single bite, so you get that creamy sweetness throughout. They’re also a little more soft and chewy than the others, due to the cream fondant icing swirling its way through the black, cocoa-y base of the cookie. Then to top it all off, half a sandwich cookie sunken into a sweet, white candy melt drizzle. It looks really good, and it tastes it too.

Guess what? (What?) There’s actually no chocolate in them at all. I know, I know, chocolate and Oreos, sorry chocolate sandwich cream biscuits seem to be a match made in heaven. We thought so too, until we tried to make them with white choc. & milk choc, and it JUST didn’t work. Not in a cookie. They are better as they are, so here they are as that.
